In 2009, our team successfully designed, built, and maintained a series of custom aquatic exhibits for Children’s Museum Jordan, featuring reef, shark, and freshwater aquariums developed to represent the rich aquatic biodiversity of Red Sea in Aqaba, as well as the unique freshwater ecosystems of Azraq Oasis.
The marine exhibits included vibrant coral reef habitats and shark aquariums designed to recreate the natural beauty and ecological diversity of the Red Sea. Advanced life-support, filtration, and water circulation systems were carefully engineered to maintain optimal environmental conditions and ensure the health and wellbeing of all marine species. Specialized lighting and aquascaping elements were incorporated to create an immersive educational experience for museum visitors.
The freshwater exhibit highlighted the endangered Azraq Killifish, an endemic species native to the Azraq wetlands. The aquarium environment was specifically designed to replicate the fish’s natural habitat and support conservation awareness through interactive and visually engaging display systems.
From concept development and fabrication to installation and ongoing maintenance, our team delivered fully functional, educational, and sustainable aquarium systems that combined technical excellence with environmental storytelling and public engagement.
