Thrives under low to moderate lighting conditions. High intensity light is not necessary and may encourage algae growth on the slow-growing leaves.
Due to its height and leaf spread, it is best placed in the midground of the aquarium where it can create a lush, textured look.
Propagates naturally by producing runners from the root system, which eventually grow into new plantlets.
