This plant is relatively easy to maintain. Regular pruning is essential to encourage horizontal growth and maintain a neat, carpet-like appearance.
Requires medium to high lighting. Under lower light, the plant may grow taller and lose its compact form.
Best suited for the foreground or midground of the aquarium where it can be kept low through pruning.
Thrives in stable freshwater conditions. While it can grow without it, CO2 supplementation significantly improves growth and density.
Easily propagated by taking stem cuttings and replanting them into the substrate.
